I read that turkey recipes are trading on Twitter like baseball cards. It's that time of year where having a good turkey recipe is like having the Holy Grail to put on the table. That bird will make or wreck Thanksgiving with it's crispy skin and stuffing. There are some takes on history in this blog post and although I don't come out and say it directly, what it means to be an American is wrapped up in Native American blankets, them sharing theirs with us- not the ones we shared with them. We brought them the plague. I'm talking about those who were escaping persecution from England. They were human and humans are weak, violent and fallable and that's just with our families. I use a lot of sarcasm and exaggeration in this blog. See if you can pick it out or pick up on it. It can be hard for non-native speakers to understand humourous devices such as sarcasm in another language. We will try to train it.
Someone asked me where are the answers to the exercise. The answers may vary. There are no right or wrong answers today.
