Many people have told me how hard it is for them to handle a call in English. Some people tell me they start sweating under their arms and then their tongue starts to itch. Some people when they look at the display and realize it's a foreign number they just let the phone ring and use that time to take a coffee break. It can be hard in English to express yourself to colleagues or customers, but I'm going to give you a piece of survival English advice, you can be prepared for a telephone if you follow this script.
