Everyone is focused on the February Olympics in South Korea, or at least I am. This idea of cultures coming together to figure out who is the best in a friendly way. We should be doing more of this.
This month we will quickly look at idioms concerning chance. I'm not sure how much chance is involved in any of your decisions, but I know that no matter how much we try to exclude it, there is rarely zero chance of everything going our way in our business life, personal life or learning life. So, let's look at chance and make it our friend in 2018!
The Chance: F-100% is not chance, 2. F- You can have bad luck, but chance is possibility and positive, 3. T-When you certainly don't think something will happen. 4. T-yes a likelihood is half a chance. 5. T-There are games of chance like Risk.
An Opportunity: 1. a second chance 2. big chance 3. outside chance 4. slight chance 5. pure chance.
A Possibility: 1. likely, 2. unlikely, 3. unlikely 4. unlikely (you have a chance means possibility.) 5. likely-unlikely it will happen (this is 50-50).
