Whether it is to "make" or to "do" is a question that causes grown men and women, who are learning English, to tremble. Well, unfortunately you have to learn most of them by heart, which means; memorize them. We do have general rules which I will share with you in my article. However, the lesson is really, it is time to do Spring cleaning; to go outside and breathe in some fresh air, to get on our hands and knees in front of Mother Nature and do our business; gardening. Yet, there will still be some of us who think that the great outdoors is just something to pass through on your way home, or into a hotel. I'm not being judgemental. I'm a city girl. I wasn't even allowed outside until I could cross a six-lane highway by myself, and that was actually in front of my house! Yes, Spring has sprung and it is up to us to make do! If you’d like to do some practice exercises check out:
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed the lesson. Come back by again. I'll be here. If you like, please share with your friends! Jokes from The Mammoth Book of Jokes, and Moi (pronounced Mwah. It's French).
